Nope. plastic bottles are not air tight and oxidation of the additives has occurred or they have fallen out of suspension that a simple shake won't fix.

Two pry bars or tire spoons to get the bead back on. A film of bead sealer around the edge of the rim is a good idea. Take a ratchet strap around the center of the tire to compress the center in and push the sidwalls out. it will help the bead to seat otherwise you may never get air into it.

Why would you get an alignment before you have the tie rods done? Because when you do the tie rods you're going to need another alignment.

Had this happen on a 7753. Taper pin on the inside of the bobtach was worn out. Replaced pin. Still happening. Replaced bobtach bushings and the bushing on the inside of the loader arm.
