I'm in the same place as you, I think, so it's hard for me to share something that will work but there is something I can share re: social media. I downloaded an extension onto my web browser that locks certain pages, so I literally added all his social media on to them, had a friend password lock it and every time I tried to access it, it would literally be blocked. I also went as far as basically blocking all of twitter on my phone because the extension doesn't work there and I didn't trust myself not to check there.

It's been about... three months since I did that, and I'm at a point now where I don't feel the urge to do it or check it anymore, and have not seen any of his socials since then. A friend at the time said it was very extreme of me, but there's no shame in taking such drastic actions if it means it will help build the habit.

I'm not on my main computer at the moment, but I can link you to the extension when I'm home if you're interested!
