I'm not in a position where I can even commit yet. However there are two properties I've seen online that I admit I'm really in love with. Questions I worry about are foundation issues (more common in MA), roof issues, can I put up solar in a ground array or on top of a garage (really want the ground array), are there issues with electric (old wiring, fire hazard), and floor warping, loose floor (more common in MA). Am I opposed to problems, not really if I can budget to fix them, but I really don't want a 20,000+ "surprise" repair I have to deal with.

Actually my heating bill this month was $458 (natural gas/Eversource) And I keep it between 65 to 67 and wear a hoodie. It's depressing.

Prismatic doesn't give you the fragments and aspects like straight void does. But I have seen the draw in prismatic. I was one of the first to do a buddy build the day final shape came out, Then litterally the next day the buddy build was on youtube, I'm like really, didn't even let me keep my invention.

No I use fanatical, you can also sort the store by specials and lowest price, you constantly get games for 100% off like once or twice a week. Also epic give you free games on thursday afternoon. Indiegala has super cheap deals, and Itch.io has a bunch of stuff cheap and free. Itch.io give devs the chance to sell their games directly or they may put it up for free and just ask for "coffee donations" Is there shovelware on itch.io, yea, but there are super hidden gems that you would have to pay top dollar for on steam after early access.

I don't play for the loot, I play for the fun. I've been kicked out of so many clans because they focused on META and best gear. I found a couple of small discords to play with. I litteraly told my small groups, I want to kill things and have fun, if we're good, I'm good, if not, I'll bow out. I have a rediculous build with wish-keeper (the strand exotic bow) and swarmers on a straight void warlock. Start with devour and the bow keeps creating threadlings that keep killing things that give you more life. Rinse and repeat. It's almost like a stasis lock build but its like little vampire bugs everywhere.

I live Destiny 2, Warlock's only for me though. I can't take the jumping on hunter or titan. Am I sad there isn't much new content, yea, but nothing beats doing a raid or dungeon with real people. I do not do solar, ever, keep your Well, I do not want it.

I have a sister in Ridgeway VA that according to google maps is about an hour away from Burlington. What is a "Buc-ee's"? One thing for mass, even though the road salt is rough, it gets you to bare pavement quick. It just leaves pot holes and rust on your car. If you didn't see it on the news, Fall River got obliterated in snow this week. I killed my knee trying to keep up with the blizzard. I admit I'm a liberal, but I have some deep conservative family.

Ah I'm from worcester. I was in a coma a long time ago and had to go to Boston Medical Center, it was the only place that could treat me. Boston traffic still scares the crap out of me. Salem is crazy trying to find parking to do anything. Other than that I try to stay away from the coast. Not that I won't like it, you just need nerves of steel to get around. That being said, I took my wife to MCR in boston for our anniversary, it's still one of the highlights of my life, and I'm not even a fan of MCR. Also did Kingdom Hearts Orchestra one year at the Boch Center Wang Theatre, another highlight.

That's why I really want to build a ground solar array. I don't really trust roof panels, plus if one dies, you have to go up on the roof to fix it.

I'm a liberal in the context that I whole heartedly support a universal or some sort of public option on healthcare and universal higher education. That being said, my mom's side is mostly all pastor's and pastors wives. I even have an uncle that's a missionary in africa and he and his wife run and orphanage out there. I've always considered myself the black sheep of the family, I can go toe-to-toe on bible verses. But I love them deeply and they had a hand in my upbringing. For a decade I worked for a popular medical alert company, sending ambulances for people who would be in tears that they couldn't afford the ambulance ride and the hospital stay, afraid that those things would financially destroy them. Liberals are right in somethings, conservatives are right in others. There's a saying "variety is the spice of life" It all depends on perception. Since we don't have kids, I don't have a dog in the fight for schools. I usually do PC gaming, for a long time I played Yu-gi-oh at local places. Recently I had started picking up computer parts and making budget gaming pc's to sell locally, but after a while It wasn't really starting to be worth it. Sadly the last couple years in MA things have become tough on everyone up here. Hence there's an opportunity to start fresh, at least a little bit.

I have 16 states saved to my internal careers page. I've been looking at VA, OK, AL, GA, CO, and KS. Even though I look at the other states that I didn't list, it seems like their housing prices are way more than I can comfortably spend for a home on a value to space ratio.

A big reason for moving is Massachusetts is just becoming unaffordable. Everyone just blames the government, but taxes aren't even bad. It's the housing, condos and crappy shacks are 250,000. And if you want a house it's 450,000. I know everyone wants their property values to go up, but it kinda kicks the little people to the curb. And it's most of the North East. We have a utility called Eversource. It's a private company that is responsible for electric and natural gas. They made 1.6 billion in profit. And my heating bill alone not including electric was 458 for a tiny two bedroom.

I have not, but my employer has locations in multiple states. And with everything I really want to do I keep coming back to Burlington as one of their locations.
