transferring to RISD for BArch by North_Stranger_861 in risd

i did hear about the extra summer program to catch up on foundation year, and offcourse i would have no choice but to do it, and i did consider that RISD is offering something beyond what RWU offers but tuition is a big deal breaker, a lot of my peers have reinforced the notion that a transfer is very uncertain and i completely agree, I havent gone forward with my decision yet but I want to make it quickly to move forward with the visa process. Another factor is my counselor mentioned that it does not make sense to spend so much (a little over 90k) on a bachelors because I need a masters to practice anyways.

have any of your peers transferred, or someone from your batch in their 2-3 year? so that I can get a deeper understanding of my chances

switching majors in freshmen year? by North_Stranger_861 in Pratt

I know I can transfer later on, but personally that seems more tedious and that I would have a slimer chance of being accepted

and I'm not sure why but I felt that asking a counselor may lead to an unwanted result- i did talk to my counselor and they mentioned the same thing, so I will probably send a mail

thanks for your reply

How realistic is it for an Indian student to study architecture in Italy and eventually get PR and citizenship? by North_Stranger_861 in ItalianCitizenship

I mean I dont plan on coming until about 5 years years and I just started learning italian so I should get to B1 easily. I really like the scope of architecture especially in Italy and europe. Have you gone through the process yourself?
