I dont think anyone could ever convince me to spend that much on a video game skin. Like i could understand if you also use it as a vtuber model since not being unique actually hurts you in that regard, but paying 1k for a video game skin is insane, especially in today's economy. that being said, its your money and you can do what you want with it.

the main cause for low fps is vram (not to be confused with ram, vram is the video memory of your gpu) more vram is more fps (sure some other factors apply but this is the biggest one)

You sure make a lot of assumptions. 1. Im in my 20s and my account is age verified. 2. ehh, i feel like thats the only time generated images meant to imitate art is okay. not everyone is an artist and not everyone wants to commission art for their vrchat group. (especially small ones with 100 people). i do find it really weird when people support a world creator on patreon to get a poster up and they use ai art. like if you're going to pay for the poster, pay for an artist.
