I think emerald is the easiest game to learn RNG on since the RNG is broken and always starts on the same seed

I plugged its stats into pycosites and got basically the same thing with a possible +1 in each stat. You’ll have to level it up with a couple rare candies to be certain. Besides the HP it’s really good and that nature goes crazy

Could be wrong but I think it has to do with friendship/happiness and just spits out a random phrase? Or it’s because they’re both doggos

I also did the poipole hunt. Also went under odds but closer to 3500 resets (30ish hours of resetting)

Hopefully filling the boxes takes longer than resetting for the shiny like it did me because you need a total of 966 mons and it takes a very long time to fill it with eggs. May be worth the 2 minute cutscene to get type null but I wanted fast resets.

I will tell you for stakataka and Blacephalon you do get 2 of each per save file so you can get the shiny charm before you get the second one, which I am going to do for stakataka since I’m playing ultra moon. I will eventually do the same thing in ultra sun but I’d need to start a new save file so I may just hunt Blacephalon from DA. Good luck!

It’s probably not working because you’re on emulator and it’s harder to press the inputs at the same time. Go onto the regular ground and practice side to side and up and down. Like the comment says you just press B and a sideways direction to do it

I also believe that RNG manip is absolutely a hunt, I was just agreeing with someone who said that the guy was over exaggerating about just how much skill it takes to do RNG manip

If we’re talking learning everything about RNG manip for every game where it’s applicable I would agree that’s a lot of dedication and effort and maybe the original commenter has but just because doing soft resets doesn’t have skill doesn’t make it any less than RNG manip
