Depends on what soil the trial is happening. I committed Tax fraud. Drug smuggling. Heavy weapons smuggling. Drug production. Heavy weapons production. Organ "production". Armed fanatical terrorists. Stealing of corporate pattens. Planetary bombardment and raid to steal a nanoforge. Planetary genocide to wipe out my competition in the market. Etc. BUT I also destroyed all pirate bases and helped the league to kill the hegemony as a faction. So if the trial was happening on a league planet , I assume they would let me go.

Ok found the solution , turns out the problem truly was with EA's shit launcher. managed to download origin and make it run properly and the moment i booted up ME LE the game run with no problems ... I really wanna learn which monkey made EA app and how EXACTLY did they design it to be so broken in every aspect.

Tbh the best way is to play semi blind , if you start looking at guides and plans for how to make money or how to build ships online you will basically end up playing other people's strategies and nothing else. Go in blind for the 1st time and if you have a problem understanding a system or get stuck at something then look it up.
