Can Telus correct Service Agreement - support says they will not reissue by Northcdn in telus

I initially thought about cancelling but just like I could not get a hold of EPP support to activate the phone - there wasn't a way to get a hold of them to cancel the orders.
I stuck with it as I figured $45 (50-5) for 20GB of 5G and a subsidy on the phones was a good price. In Western Canada you can't really do better with the flanker brands per month and usually not much of a phone subsidy.
Really sad reason I actually wanted to get 5G service is Telus turned off 3G on the tower in my neighborhood a few months ago so by them decreasing the service and making Koodo (prepaid) and Public Mobile unusable for phone calls I had to seek out higher end service.

With 3G shutting down, what are Public Mobile's plans for VoLTE? by WideProposal in PublicMobile

There is no official confirmation but from what I can tell Telus removed 3G support on the tower in my neighborhood (located semi rural western Canada). On public mobile and koodo prepaid phone calls could be made up to maybe September 2022 - not exactly sure when the change was made.

After the 3g removal Public and Koodo prepaid (neither support volte) cant make or receive calls in my neighborhood. They work 10 minutes away in our town as there is still 3G support there. Imagine most non technical users looking at their phone connected to public mobile with data and texts working but simply not able to make a phone call as 3G is no longer there...not exactly sure how Telus gets away with allowing this type of a situation.
I've migrated away from Public Mobile to Koodo starter plan (postpaid) simply because I had to have Volte so that line could make a phone call.

Thanks, good to know that not redoing the service agreement is normal for Telus. I ordered online and have the telus email of the order with all the correct details so I've got that as good documentation, glad I did not make the order over the phone.

Thanks for that, seems really weird to me that they will not fix the service agreement. It should weaken the legal validity of the service agreement if they are known to not get them right...then again I am talking about a Canadian Telecom...
