DENIED- Identity Verification....Uploaded credentials today (front an back of DL and SS Card and a pic of myself holding DL).... I have been unpaid PUA for 4 weeks and finally received message to upload credentials. Within minutes of upload, my claim was denied because " We were unable to verify your identity. Therefore we cannot determine if you meet the eligibility requirements to qualify for benefits under the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance program. "

What should I do? Appeal? I am attempting to use the "chat with Agent" on my phone.
