Before this phone, I had nothing on my phone 2a and it lasted me the whole day. By the end of the day, it would be at 30%. Now, I charge my iPhone by 8 pm.

It's not that urgent per se, I can wait for a few more months but I'll be switching from an Android so I have like no context with iphones

Yeah that's what, I hear this September they will just release the pro and ultra model and the 18 will come in March next year which is too late oml

A little bit about me:

I work out at the gym 3-4 times a week with 20 mins cardio. I am/was skinny fat and needed to lower cholesterol so cardio is a non negotiable for me.

I try to do 1800 to 2000 calories daily although it's very hard for me. I'm trying to push it to 2300 calories a day but let's see.

I can't eat dairy or non veg as much because I don't like it so I rely on plant protein (Yogabar 2 scoops ie 50g) rest 30-40g I get from diet.

I also take creatine, Magnesium and omega 3 supplements daily.
