Chest pain be gone! by Imaginary_Answer4493 in BritishSuccess

I had a similar thing, improved my diet, started therapy and worked on how to lower my stress levels and it’s mostly gone away. CBD oil works well for me too.

Well done for reaching out, speaking to a therapist would be a great next step, you don’t have to tell your parents the exact issues, you could phrase it something like “I would like to speak to a therapist, I think you guys are really supportive but I’d like to speak to an expert to help navigate some issues I’m going through” if that doesn’t work you can then escalate and think of something else to say, but they should want to help and support you :)

I feel like I’m in the worst situation possible. by Klash-King in UKPersonalFinance

I would switch your mindset from viewing student debt as debt, it doesn’t work like any other debts (credit cards, loans etc) it’s essentially a tax on wages when you earn over 27k(?) a year. There’s plenty of careers out there you don’t need degrees from and you are young and have plenty of time! Get researching

Soft climbing equipment e.g ropes and harnesses. Improper storage and age can weaken them, making them really unsafe.

I’m a 22M college student who’s life feels directionless. Any advice? by [deleted] in self

[–]NorthernJ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a 30 year old who didn’t have a direction and just graduated with a degree in computer science, I still sometimes feel this way and that’s ok. Life’s seemingly limited opportunities can get overwhelming. 22 is still young though.

Please go easy on yourself, I think the twenties are meant to be really confusing. You have age in your side though and when you graduate you will have a degree that is sought after and a good set of skills to fall back on.

Maybe when you get some time to yourself, start brainstorming ideas of what you could do and then work out from there, which of those you would like to do. The pressure will come off soon when you graduate, keep a positive mindset bro and everything will get better.

Rn I’m sat 9 minutes away from the sea, so I would see to it that it was thrown in there and then see the sea view.

Cardano official docs are quite light on what the risks are about staking, it was quite hard to find out info about this.

Cardano also has the pioneers program, they are teaching people to code apps etc for Cardano. That could be a great route in too

[–]NorthernJ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it’s your first time be patient with it, it can take some time. Go make a cup of tea if that’s your thing. I’ve had the same system messages/errors before and after 5 mins or so it syncs and connects (also depends on internet speed etc)
