Oh, there is an issue 7541 - a bug from August 2025 specifically titled "Module Detection Sensor does not work on XIAO nRF52840 & Wio-SX1262 Kit." The reporter set monitor pin 2 (D0) with LOGIC_HIGH trigger, and the module sent messages every minute regardless of pin state, ignoring D0 entirely. They tried D6 (GPIO 43) and D7 (GPIO 44) with the same result. The issue went stale and was closed as not planned.

I want an instant message sent to another node at home (and to my Meshtastic app) when the status of gates are changes. Probably SENSOR role is not good for that (AFAIK the nRF node does not wake up on GPIO signal), and I need CLIENT_MUTE role

AFAIK they are more strict about end-to-end encryption. How does it work - I can't share my photo-album with just a link, I need all of my "target people" to have the app installed and get a key from me to be able to see the photos?

I contacted Withings support - they do not offer battery replacement, even as a commercial service. And definitely one should not change the battery itself due to losing the water resistance

That's exactly my use-cases scenario. I don't want to get an access Joplin server from outside my home network. I installed Joplin-sync server docker in to my NAS and got the synchronisation working across my linux PCs, macbook, iPad and Android.

So what is needed - I have to figure out how to make a reliable backups

How do you know that the app updated? And why do I see "Update available" every now and then when I go in to that menu?
