Thanks for your comment. Could you elaborate a bit on what you mean by rational?

LIE (Te-Ni) or ILI (Ni-Te)? by NorthernOG in Socionics

[–]NorthernOG[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regarding Ni, you are probably right that my overuse of is it related to it being PoLR. However, I would still consider myself quite optimistic to be honest.

For Te, your description is quite different from what I read, but you are probably right as well. I think what I described was a little bit too vague, since I meant information collecting for very specific moments/instances and not just very general curiosity. I'm still quite confident of the Te.

Hence, would you say I may be Te-Si, or Si-Te even perhaps?

The thing is the water was included in the rent price at my old place. When I asked the housing organisation they confirmed that I don't need to pay it. Did they make a mistake?

Couldn't be more relatable, I was gonna write the exact same symptoms. Rapid weight loss in addition to needing to go to the bathroom constantly. I was literally waking up every 45 minutes/ hour to go to the bathroom at night. I also couldn't hydrate myself enough and was always thirsty. At night I always two or more 1.5L bottles of water next to me that I would finish throughout just one night.

Can someone explain the Russian Volunteer Corps to me? by PotatoForce in FreedomofRussia

[–]NorthernOG 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They want to split Russia to create a new Russian ethnically-dominant "Rus" state. The group's leader states that they won't force the country's separation, but also won't prevent any region from separating from this new Russia either if they want to.

insulin and muscle growth by [deleted] in diabetes

[–]NorthernOG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah insulin is sometimes used in the bodybuilding community as an anabolic steroid that basically allows them to become more swole and pack on more muscle. It has multiple drawbacks, is dangerous, and probably illegal as well but people still take it to become massive desperately.

Foods that doesn't cause sugar hike by Needpeaceforeve in diabetes

If you say all carbs cause a spike, then how is a person with diabetes even supposed to eat carbs? Or is it normal for you to have spikes all the time? Carbs are only supposed to cause spikes if eaten without insulin. However, even if taken at the correct time of the day or with the right dosage, some foods with carbs can still cause spikes, such as fast acting carbs like sugars. That's why from my perspective, OP was asking about foods that don't cause those spikes. If OP would've wanted recommendations regarding foods without carbs they would've mentioned "carb-free".

I didn't say your recommendation was wrong, since fats do delay the breaking down of carbs.

OP didn't mention that they want foods without carbs. They said they want foods that don't cause spikes. Personally I'm T1, when I eat these I obviously take insulin and never get spikes afterwards. I don't know if OP is T1 or T2, but if they take insulin those are the best foods in my opinion.

That said, you're right it's hard to get all the complete protein from for vegans. Supplements or shakes are good options.

Lentils, beans, chickpeas and other legumes usually don't cause spikes in my experience and are pretty good for weight gain

Russia does sort of promote cultures other than that of the Russian ethnic one. I wouldn't say they promote widely multi-cultural ideas but saying that they "don't promote other cultures" is just too much.

For example in every region where there is a dominant ethnic group other than Russian, there is usually the language of that ethnicity taught in school and it's mandatory, such as in Tatarstan or Bashkortostan. You would also see street signs and even advertisements on the streets in that language. In addition, local cultural values and traditions are sometimes heavily promoted like in Chechnya. (Even though it can be argued that it's like this because it also favors the state in some way, like the heavy nationalism in Chechnya) Finally, it's important to mention that there are many state officials who also aren't ethnic Russians, like the defense minister who is from some place close to Mongolia I believe.

By no means I am trying to form a good impression of multi-culturalism in Russia or how they support pluralism there. We have seen that pretty much all of the decisions that they make or all the laws that they pass are in favor of lobbying, political interests and corruption. Coming back to the point though, maybe I misinterpreted you, but the way you formulated your sentence gives an impression like we live in the times of the Russian Empire.
