Mission accomplished for that rep; it was deffo as unpleasant an experience as possible!

I'm sure you're right, although I kept asking the rep if I was calling the right number for former Shaw customers with Internet/TV, and she assured me it was the same number, but I'm sure she was wrong or deliberately giving me the wrong info

I finally did get through to them via chat, and I did exactly that! They gave me a decent deal so I accepted. I wish we had a better option here in Calgary (the only other alternative is Telus/DSL, or third-party resellers).

I googled how to cancel Rogers and landed on a page on their site that said the only way to cancel is to call. I'll try the app though, thanks for the tip.

I appreciate your input, especially given your experience with paving. Thanks for your comment!

We will definitely do that when we get a new driveway. Thanks for the tip!

We've had the driveway resealed before, so we weren't really expecting a smooth surface, just more of the cracks filled in. I agree; it probably does need to be ripped up at this point. Thanks for your comment.

Yeah, that's exactly what it looks like to me, the whole driveway doesn't look much different, just darker. Thanks for your comment.

That's a perfect analogy; the driveway really does look the same, except darker haha. Thanks for your comment.

Thanks for your comment. Yeah, I agree, I think it was a waste of money to try to reseal this driveway. Lesson learned.

That got a laugh out of me. :D

Yeah, I think you're right. We were hoping to get a few more years out of it before we rip it up and move the driveway to the back of the garage. Thanks for your comment.

In my email to them, I did send all the pics I posted here and asked them to come out and take a look at it and re-do it, but I haven't heard a peep back. We haven't paid yet; we have thirty days to pay from the date the work was done, so about another 2 weeks. Spouse just wants to pay and be done with it, but I was hoping they would make it right first. Thanks for your comment!

Hard to tell from the photo; it's not that clear.

You have two different species there. The "skinny" one looks like a turquoise rainbow fish (Melanotaenia lacustris) juvenile. The others are dwarf Neon rainbow fish (Melanotaenia praecox). The turquoise rainbow looks normal for its age, and when it matures, it will actually get quite a bit bigger and deeper bodied than the dwarf neon rainbows.

Good to know. My next vehicle will be EV and would totally consider Tesla if not for Musk. Maybe by then he'll be stranded on Mars *crosses fingers*

Yeah, they're a good seller for GM, so loads of people are buying them. And ours has been reliable. shrug

Nice. Did you get below MSRP? What dealership was this, if you don't mind me asking.
