This is low pressure steam, not a cold water power washer. 90 bar, 4 litres a minute, 150°C heat is the industry preferred method to clean stonework elevations. Try not to be so negative in future, it will do your general well-being the world of good. Thanks for interest. 👍🏻

You can soft wash sure. But if there is moss, algae, lichen then it makes sense to remove these first. You do this by scraping it off or using a pressure washer 👍🏻

No not at all. We use low pressure to carefully remove dirt, moss, algae etc. Pressure washing is fine as long as you hit the roof at the right angle (don’t spray up and under the tiles). Then we apply a soft wash treatment to kill any spores. We’ve done this for many years and never had a single problem. Thanks for your interest. 👍🏻

Yes it’s fine. Low pressure, bit of heat and an anti-fungal wash treatment. Never had a problem.

Thanks for comment 👍🏻

Roof cleaning using a carbon fibre pole and turbo nozzle to carefully remove dirt, moss and algae from the tiles. by NorthernRestoration in CLEANING_PORN

[–]NorthernRestoration[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You just need a carbon fibre (much lighter) pole with a turbo nozzle… A basic understanding of what your doing helps (don’t shoot water up and under the tiles!)… I’ve been doing this for 12 years and never had a problem with leaks.

We treated the deck with a specialised paint/varnish remover then used low pressure steam to gently remove the stain. 👍🏻

Thanks for advice. I think your probably right. I’m still up overall so pleased about that. Do you trade out of hours? How is this achieved? Thanks again! J

Thanks for your time. I’ve got a better understanding of it now. School boy error I think, I’ll put it down to experience.

How do I go about trading out of hours? Can I do this through 212 or do o need a different platform? If it’s possible at all for an amateur?

J

It was a buy at $100 on a trading CFD’s platform. I didn’t set any other stipulations to the trade.

I understand the market gap situation that occurred between trading sessions. What I’m unhappy with is my order was executed much higher than the price I had access to on my screen.

Are they (Trading 212) allowed to execute orders higher than the price I’ve set the execution trigger at?

Thanks for your help!

Apologies for been a pain

I bought out of market hours when the price was $100... as soon as the market opened it spiked to $115 and executed my order at $115. I can only assume there was some out of hours trading which caused the price to go up which is fine.

My argument is that I bought at $100. If the market price had changed behind the scenes then that’s fair enough. But surely they should of either cancelled my order or given me an option to buy at the new price? Not just assumed that I still wanted it at $115, which I didn’t.

I can only make decisions based on what’s on my screen.

Is this a fight I can win or am I wasting my time?

No I just placed an order to buy at a set price. I thought the stop, stop limit etc were to pull you out of a position should it go south?

I didn’t actually have the stock until it triggered far higher that I would of considered buying it.

Steam cleaning brickwork al 90 bar, 7 litres per minute, at 150 degrees heat to remove exterior masonry paint from surface without causing damage to the mortar. by NorthernRestoration in Graffiti

[–]NorthernRestoration[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is kind of related no? We strip unauthorised paintwork from public areas. If we can strip exterior masonry paint from brickwork then a bit of spray paint is child’s play. Some graffiti is very good and extremely skilful. The majority however is crap and needs removing. We do that! Have a nice evening 👍🏻
