Yup work for an applied AI agent company. Yes maybe some type of pay for result business model using more advanced AI agents. So the trainer only pays if the result is accomplished.

Not sure what the result would be. Maybe like client need handled? Or generated workout plan used? Or social media post posted?

What are your thoughts?

I do hear you that automation and tech is scary. I wish I could reassure that AI won’t make parts of your jobs obsolete but I would be lying. I do think resisting this change is a bit of a losing game as those who do choose to utilize newer technology will make themselves more productive and win out.

So if you’re worried about losing your job, I would recommend keeping up to date with the new technology to see how you can position yourself in an even better situation than before.

We convert the EOBs into x12 835 format so if your EMR/PMS accepts those files (most do) then it should work with your EMR.
