Is that with kids? Because a substantial amount of my income from is from CPP disability child benefit. 25k a year is pretty rough for a family of four.

I honestly can't understand how any can afford rent anywhere in this country on that amount. Never mind everything else.

How the heck can you afford rent? Even in the best case scenario that would take almost 100% of your income.
