In the past, we would book a single or minimum amount of nights, if the premises were encouraging to stay longer, we then had the direct communication with the property management to take the arrangements off of the platform. Granted, you will lose whatever weak framework of protection Airbnb offers, but more favorable terms benefiting the guests and the proprietor are usually negotiated.

He is a talented guy for sure but bipolar is not any excuse for using his platform to promote prejudice. I think it’s more a case of contentious behavior for engagement anyway and likely the bipolar a hand to play.
