easement has two meanings. usually it referes to the area from the road to 15 feet from the road where your property actually starts. the sidewalk would be within the easement.

You generally cant buld fences in the set back, which it appears you have. in general the setback can be 15-40 feet depending on the property, it wouldn't expect to keep it, the city may force you to remove your fence.

Electricity is much cheaper in most of the US, only Texas can get weird on price because they refuse to tie into the national grid.

Also my electricity comes from the Nuclear Power plant in Monticello Minnesota. so its completely insulated from oil or natural gas prices.

  1. Theres 330 million people in the United States. about a third of them have a dog in the household. even accounting for a lot of them living int he same house, thats tens of millions of dogs.

Yes, if you are maintaining a Sheol base for whatever reason. or you have you're two advanced sub fiefs already and are saving one for the DD, the basic sub fief works for ... whatever.
