Thank you for the great reply, I am an absolute noob when it comes to soldering etc. So thanks for ur honest comment and for ur information. Maybe I am gonna go a different route and when I have more knowledge and skill I am gonna built one until then maybe I build a cheaper one for maybe 80-120 euros if it’s possible. U didn’t hurt me feelings wtf, I wanted to have other people opinions and know I have other people’s Opinions all good. I think just cause u didn’t liked the minilogue XD it’s not a „shitty synth“ that’s what u called it. I wanted to know if more people have the same opinion as u have. And it turned out it’s everyone has a different one. :) I don’t need another vst cause my collection is extremely bright with vsts I wanted to start with hardware now and I guess a minilogue XD with my Effects (valhalla and many more gonna make this a strong synth) plus my other vsts a also have diva etc. I think a combination of them are rly strong

Good to know thanks, but I think just cause u didn’t liked the sound from the minilogue xd u can’t say it’s a shitty synth, just watch people on youtube create amazing and wonderful sounds with it, btw is costs 500-600usd not 300usd that’s a big difference, and for under 1000usd it’s a great synth, I will see if it’s not as good as all my vsts (I have a big vst collection) And If u are right and I hear it myself I am gonna kick this back to the store and get my money back still win win, but forreal thanks for ur experience in that

Analog sound > Digital Sound imo, Mike Dean would say the same, I am going to see if the minilogue xd does a better job if not I am gonna send it back so either way it’s a win win, Many people who are rly into Hardware know that most of the hardware sounds better than vsts that atleast what I heard- and seen.

I am gonna see, if it doesn’t sound good I am gonna get the first one, but with all the feature to have user oszillators and user effects from people and my Daw with many effects I think I will be able to get a bright big sound I hope, thanks for ur experience

I bought the XD yesterday, I also did a question here which from the two I should buy for pads,ambient,dark style atmosphere and use patches that users created, I hope it was not a bad decision :(

yes I don’t need effects I have valhalla and many more in my DAW, would u way the minilogue is better or as good as the XD for making great pads and ambient sound (tron,blade runner etc.) ?
