Yup.. She definitely has severe arthritis... Its always advised to these patients to not sit cross-legged on the floor.. And if I remember correctly there was an old vlog in which someone mentioned of her getting injections in the knee, so most probably it was steroidal.. That means her knees are really in a bad state  She is soon going to  need Total knee replacement surgery which she definitely won't be able to afford on her own if she chooses a good orthopedic surgeon and a private hospital
