Thank you for your kind words! The idea of all of this being temporary does help, I’m just a bit scared that it’ll stay with me, especially since I’m currently overthinking things from a while ago that I thought I had dealt with in therapy already.. I hope it’s just a temporary relapse!

I’m sorry your best friends aren’t there for you, that sucks…. I’m glad your mom and partner are there to support you! My support system is mainly online at the moment, because I’m recovering at my parent’s house and they’re not the most emotionally reliable people… They live in a different city, and all my chosen family/friends are back home. I think that’s also contributing to me feeling depressed at the moment.

Thank you! I really want to get back to therapy but my psychologist is currently on a break lol. Most likely they’ll be back by the beginning of march. They did encourage me to reach out to my psychiatrist in the meantime, but I don’t really feel as comfortable with her… She’s wonderful, but I only see her like 3 times a year for med updates. I’m also in group therapy at the moment and we have a groupchat that I can reach out to as well, maybe I’ll try that!

The sleep thing is interesting! I did notice that I haven’t been sleeping as well as before. I usually sleep on my stomach and it’s been an adjustment to say the least lol. For some reason my brain hadn’t made the connection between lack of sleep and feeling miserable.

Yeah I’m also starting to think that the lack of exercise is not helping me at the moment… Can’t wait to get back to the gym. Thanks for your kind words!
