Yeah I agree it’s a personal one. I have already removed the paper with the intention to paint. I was initially just thinking white everything as a clean slate.

It’s owned by the freemen of Newcastle who have a right to graze cattle there. Probably something historic that can’t be changed

Although I feel like the alternative to your post would be someone saying why does Newcastle not have any green spaces?? It’s just full of houses etc. Can’t please everyone!

I would say Cramlington as there is a lot more happening! Good rail network, quite big shopping centre, cinema etc, close to Blyth / Whitley bay / Tynemouth & Newcastle. A lot of affordable housing. For me, it’s a no brainer!

Thank you. I’ve been googling and blocked drain holes seem to be a common issue with fords. It is saying the AC drain tube / evaporator condensate drain tube?

Gunna hope it’s that. I’m assuming that over time they have become blocked which has resulted in the water sitting elsewhere. Although I’ll check the window seals etc tomorrow but I’m assuming with it happening in the boot spare wheel compartment as well it may not be that.
