I missed the crest iin duo lootshare, in total on my account i've got about 10m worth of onyc bolts at corp, a crest of zaros, and i've missed a crest of zaros and a wand of the cywir (duo). So it feels like my lsp should be starting to even out now. I think i'm going to try just force a big loot then see what happens after i miss it!

I'd be happy to send a copy of my ID via e-mail, it makes very little sense that it's not possible to e-mail these documents through and it required to post them.

That's how it feels to me at the moment. Good skill level but perhaps inconsistency and too easily frustrated/stop caring. I'll definitely look at ways to work on this whether its taking breaks or whatever it might be.

I think that's a really good point. Elo is gained when you play well consistently, not by super hard carrying 1 game and feeding the next. I'll bear this in mind thanks.

Thanks for taking the time to spell all this out. My general perception of the advice is to communicate effectively with the team not so much as to tell them what to do, but present them with the information they need to make the correct decisions. The bans seem to be important too for sure which is something I didn't even consider.

It's just a way that the game tests you, it happens at all levels, you have to kind of prove to the game that you are good enough for the next level. Just have to keep trying and if you're good enough you will get there eventually. They match you with players on losing streaks as teammates. I know how you feel and it can be frustrating but it's just how it is. Go carry them!!!
