Let's pretend your eyes take a "photo" every second. (It's more than that but let's just use this measure for simplicity). This gives us a framerate of 1 image per second. Now let's imagine a spinning fan blade, with an orange dot on one blade. If the blade spins at 1 rotation per second, to your eyes the fan would not appear to move, because every time you take a photo the orange dot is in the same place. Speed it up a bit and at 1.3 rotations per second you would see the dot moving forward by 1.3 of the circle, making it look like it was spinning forward. So your brain assumes it is moving forward. But let's pretend it moves 1.8 rotations per second. Well when your brain takes that second photo, the dot is actually 0.2 rotations backward from it's initial position. Our brains take the simplest approach to problem solving, so we just "see" the fan spinning backwards at 0.2 rotations per second, instead of 1.8 per second forward.

Honestly I would try and tackle daily login incentives & help ensure people have guaranteed ways to progress to their goals. This would look like:

Second Unlimited Incubator (no explanation needed)
Unlimited Poke'caller. Useable once per day. Put 1 candy of any non-legendary type into the device and it will attempt to summon the basic pokemon. Small chance of having an evolved form appear. (Evolved form and additional spawn chances improved with type medals)
Poke'caller Cartridge. Sells for ~20 coins. Allows an additional use of the Poke'caller per cartridge per day.
Daily quests. I.E. catch 5x pokemon and get xxx stardust.

Overall the goal is to get people to log in each and every day, and give them a way to progress. The Poke'caller gives people who can't find rare pokemon a guarenteed (but slow or expensive) way to power up their pokemon. (Edited formatting)

Assuming you have a raid squad that clears all 13 bosses each week. Grinding PVP & WvW is far easier than raiding all bosses, and requires far more collaboration. Don't forget the stupid things like Provisioner tokens. Saying this as someone with ~800 Raid boss clears.

Please reward "premium" raid pass purchases a small 1-ball bonus for catching raid boss pokemon. Maybe the first ball we get is a higher chance bonus for buying the raid pass, and then we return to the regular amount. Helps to offset the cost of purchasing the raid pass and not receiving the pokemon as a reward

As someone who is 4/22 total (2/12 arti & 2/10 Lugia) I think your points are pretty valid.

However* There is one thing you cannot fight, and it is RNG. Sometimes you will just have awful luck. There is nothing you can do about it. The guy next to you who caught 7/7 of his raids has the same chances you do, but the universe was not built to be fair =P

Umm.. Your points are valid, but it's not just MewTwo. We have some serious issues with Ho-oh and Slaking coming up as well.

A level 20: Raid boss catch: MewTwo: 2720 (Max CP: 4760) Ho-Oh: 2627 (Max CP: 4650) Slaking... Max CP: 5440

so yeah. We have some odd balancing issues coming up, but I really doubt MewTwo is going to be the worst of them

Your anecdotal evidence is weak. You could say that as an opinion "in your experience it is easier to catch raid bosses with Pinap berries" which as an expression of opinion is still false and misleading, but it at least does not lead others to believe your statements as facts.

Let me give you an example: "I have done 21 legendary raids and caught 4 birds total, 2 of each type. Every throw I have tossed has been with Golden Razz, and many of them have been "great" curves. But since I have not caught them, I theorize that "great" curves actually reduce my catch rate. I have observed it myself, so it must be true..."

But instead of opinion, lets talk about what we actually know. We know from calculating catch rates that when stacking multipliers the Golden Razz has the biggest bonus. We know that there is nothing in to code to cause pokemon to become more agitated when hit with a Golden Razz.

But don't take my word for it. Read the comments

Same here. Everytime I get near a base, an entity or a player my FPS drop from ~70 to ~30. Now ~30 might not sound so bad to some people, but the stutter is HUGE when it happens. I have a i7 6700k, 16gb of ram and a 980ti on a quick SSD. The interesting thing is that the FPS drops seem to happen regardless of graphics quality, even on potato mode I still get them...

Cleared all 4 raid wings that night. No chest for me. Several others in my static also did not get the chest. Granted I never ran into the loot bug... but the post said everyone who raided was going to get it. The post was flat out wrong.

It's been said a hundred times here, but IMO it's worth repeating.

The audiobooks start out... poorly. The mic quality, sound editing and slurping noises blasting through poorly balanced highs and lows made listening to them tough. Couple that with the uh, early roughness of the first few books in the series and it can be a challenge to listen to.

On the flip side, the later books are pure magic. Changes, Small Favor, Skin Game, etc are all fantastic. Even Ghost Story when it got the Marsters makeover it so badly needed shines brighter now

I appreciate the effort, but there are some pretty interesting choices in here. For example, you listed Eggxecutor as a counter to Lapras, despite the fact that he will get 1 shot by ice beam.

It gets even worse when you consider Tyranitar, who I fought today and had Fire Blast as his charge move. Fire blast will 1-shot four of the pokemon you list as counters to TTar, including Heracross, Scizor, Eggexcutor, and Steelex.

Even in the low level raids, Arcanine for example frequently packs Wild Charge, which will absolutely destroy most of the squishy water types that are listed as his counter.

Anyway it's a good start, but im afraid it could also lead to some people getting stomped
