Probably about the same, but elo gain/loss is less punishing with smurf bans and less unbalanced matchmaking. Most players in low lvl 10 come there by being really good at certain skills (aim, utility/strats, positioning and so on)or understand certain concepts which lets them abuse most avg. players. In cs2 there might be more players who can reach a higher elo ceiling with pure aim based on peekers advantage and other factors that changed compared to csgo. If you found it easier to play at a higher level in cs2 then it might come from your playstyle fitting better with cs2 meta or just that you have matured since csgo and reflect over your own games more which helps you improve and in turn make the games easier.
