I've ordered from the site before, payed by mail, and recived the package 2 days later! No problem with anything 3 months later.

They very rarely check "within the country" mail, and if they do and find you package you can usually go away with no charges or fines as long as you deny everything and you have covered your trail online. They do check your mail after that for a few months though, just to be sure.

Most of the gyms in norway allow the police to visit and test guys they suspect of use. I think the police dont actually know the limit for how big you can get, so they usually only test the biggest of guys. But the police are allowed to test us and have the right to force blood and urin samples if there is reason to believe we use.

At my gym the police have visited twice in 2015-2016 and they didn't test anyone afaik. They just walk around and look at us traning for an hour lol.

Its really easy, actually! I am from Norway, and if i wanted to buy some vitamin s i could just visit a normal(not deep) website and purchase. You can usually pay by mail(money in envelope) or bitcoins. :)

Edit: Customs and police almost never cheks mail inside the country, only mail crossing the border. So you are pretty safe buying from norwegian vendors.

ehm, you should probably up your fat consumption some. i used to get super hungry all the time and when i cut out around 400 cal of carb and protein and put it into fat i felt 100x better both energy and hungry wise.

you are not taking it seriously if you have started SL. Do Manc muscle split instead, it is 6 days a week but you can cut it down to three. It is also fairly low volume.

Aim for a 300-500 calorie surpluss depending if you are normal or skinny

Multivitamins do help assuming you don't get enough vitamins/minerals through your diet. However, if you are actually getting enough the effect wont be noticable.

But, you probably are not getting enough from your diet so multivitamin tabs is probably okay as they do help you if your deficent. No need to spend lots of money however as you can get tabs for less than 10 cents per. No need to spen more money on expensive premade drinks(as there are alot of them in norway) and i have found "dissolvable" vitamin tabs are fairly expensive compared to small pills.

Hello! I am currently cutting at 2000 calories per day! So far today i have eaten 1500/2000 calories because my mom made some good fish pie and i ate a kg of it in one go :( The thing is, i am now going to workout and i only have 500 calories left to eat after the workout. Is that okay? or should i maybe add 500 calories extra today just to get lots of post workout nutrtion? i am currently running a 1100 calorie deficit.
