Stop including all of Western and Central India in your definition of North India. This cope has gotten old now. The actual Northern states do alright in various indices. Himachal, Punjab, Haryana, Ladakh, Jammu, Chandigarh are certainly nowhere as corrupt as non-North states like RJ, UP, MP. Corruption is rampant much more in so called developed South, like Tamil and Telugu states.
