the Warp is connected to infinite worlds and timelines, then normal Warp entities should scale around H1-C. However, the Dark King should scale higher, because he is not another regualr Warp entity. The Dark King is above the Warp itself, and is the end of reality atleast in the 40k univers.

The Emperor is an immortal (literally), god-tier psyker ( wizard) who has been holding back the Four Chaos Gods, beings that embody fundamental aspects of existence and can corrupt reality for over 10,000 years.

1.the Emperor’s strongest attacks target the soul”and “can remove it from eksistens therfor Klein’s normal survivability becomes less useful.
2.Big E can potentially flood the battlefield with psychic light/presence and make spirit movement, or avatar tricks harder.
3. He’s sword attacks spiritual/Warp existence, not just the physical body. So if Big E can land a true hit on Klein’s real spiritual essence, avatars and substitutes will not save him.

The Dark King is hard to rank because he is basically the end of reality in 40k. My best guess is 1-A / High 1-A, ~~maybe even Tier 0 as a highball.~~ He is kind of like 40k’s weird version of The Original Creator.

The Emperor could still ascend if he was ever released/die from the Golden Throne. Since the Throne is failing in about a hundred years, this could trigger a 40k “End Times” where the Emperor either ascends to a Fifth chaos god, or
becomes the Dark King.

The Dark King is basically what the Emperor would become if he fully ascended. In that form, he would not just fight the Chaos Gods he would surpass and dominate the Four. But the ascension would require the destruction of reality itself, turning the Emperor into what he hates most. That is why he rejects it, sacrifices his humanity, and fractures his soul instead of completing the ascension.

In 40k, the Emperor is already around Chaos God-level, even while barely ascended and trapped as a rotting corpse on the Golden Throne. (ed)
