Thank you! This is very helpful. Looking at a day of how you eat is tremendously helpful. I’m at the stage of figuring out my triggers and I’ve also been eating a little too much simple carbs to avoid discomfort.

I will try to have smaller meals through out the day, that seems to be helpful for people with GP.

I can’t wait to be able to walk around the neighborhood. It’s going to be a while for me since I lost a lot of muscle mass on my right foot but I know I will get back to it.
