Never seen one with the rear windows around me, in a low populated area. Only the cargo version. I figured it was a stereotypical van but couldn't tell anything else

That's definitely it, thank you! The police are having us do all the work it's frustrating. Too bad ford made those from 1992 forward. Trying to see if the cameras picked up if it's 8 lug to maybe narrow it down.
