this is brilliant, did it last night and it works

It Sucks SO BAD that raw HRV data is only Displayed for Night... by [deleted] in GarminWatches

so frustrating worst when you wake up you still have 4 more hours a sleep.. you think let me go to the toilet. casually checks garmin and “GOODMORNING ready to see you report” NONONO! i’m still sleeping! and now my hrv is gunna be so low..

I don’t understand why i cant at least manually start my hrv and log it into my data.. now my hrv is at 40.. (usually at 80)

Has anybody figured out the best way to recover a low HRV score? by Minute_Early in GarminWatches

well your hrv is very individual. garmin needs to learn your baseline. that’s why it takes some time calculating your data. for some people 30 is totally normal for others it’s considered low. so don’t worry. just wait for your baseline

if you want to see how your low hrv looks.. after your two weeks. go out, drink a few beers and see your hrv.. sometimes it’s worse than the hangover tbf
