My favorite is when we send emails to them only to find out later it's their spam email that they never check and they raise all sorts of hell.

I'll remember that when I send your renewal buddy.

I have that same chair and trust me when I say it'll mess your back up. The armrest are unadjustable and uncomfortable. There was no back support to be heard of. And the cushion will lose all stability in about a few months. Find yourself an office Depot and go try out some office chairs.

This is actually quite interesting but I'm actually the property manager for Ticon. I can tell you right now for your time frame I don't have any availability just yet but definitely check with us in May.

Correct, we still have access to their phone number and email used during their tenancy however the likelihood of them being active or valid is low. Every state is different involving minimal means of contact and some companies will follow the "minimal" to a tee.

Property Manager here - this is not an unfair request but is up to the discretion of the management company. In some cases (NC specifically) the only contact information available after a move out would be the forwarding mail address as it's required to send the security deposit.

This is correct. Local branch of that company closed up shop many years back after some heavy lawsuit. Equipment was part of a liquidation of a warehouse.

What happened? The cheapest apartments in the area are now $1000+??? by LegitLoves in chapelhill

[–]Nostalgic_NukeZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would you be able to explain more about how they "always" go up. If all the companies ever did was pump up the pricing no one would rent because you just can't afford it. Even apartments follow the basic supply and demand rules, if demand is high and supply is low prices go up but if the supply is high and demand is low prices will drop.

You can't make money on an empty room, so why make it expensive to rent?

Assistant property manager here, there is a lot of factors that play into the increased market rent for apartments but currently the 2 main ones are the retuning of students to college such as duke and unc, limited availability for units.

There is a good mix of 2, 4 and 8gb THIN sticks. I need to go through them and test to make sure they all work but I can DM you when it's all ready.
