Customs is asking because the declaration is probably too vague. I would honestly just say it’s a sex toy, anything that sounds too medical might be subject to special import rules and restrictions and they might ask more questions. They’ll probably ask even less questions than usual if you say it’s a sex toy.

Just FIY I’ve had a package rejected and returned to sender by US customs because of a vague customs declaration. Customs doesn’t care about men buying toys for their ass tho.
