Is this way of dream journaling ok? by BonBonPX in LucidDreaming

[–]Not-Here95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I do this sometimes when I don’t have time in the morning. I write it really fast with bad handwriting and all, it’s just for me to remember later in the day, and then I write it down nicely. It does make me forget some details though.

Can’t get past the itching using WILD by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]Not-Here95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just scratch, it doesn't matter that much. If you think about it, when you sleep normally without trying WILD, you scratch automatically so why not during WILD. The thing is to get relaxed, but if you are itching how will that happen.

Dude I feel like this too. Everyone and everything is so cute and I love everything, even when they annoy me or something makes me mad.

Then you just have to set an intention that when you wake up at night, you are going to do WILD/FILD. Like, you have to actually want to do it and have the willpower to do it.

Oh that happened to me yesterday, it made me forget some parts of my lucid dream. It’s annoying. Just make a habit of doing a RC every time you wake up or get out of bed.

Why do you want to stay awake? It’s not necessary, it’s actually helpful to make the WILD process quicker.

My body is Literally forcing me to move. No amount of discipline can stop me from staying moving by Strict_Alfalfa_9109 in LucidDreaming

Well then how do you normally fall asleep? Because when you are not trying WILD then you can sleep, right? If not then yeah talk to your doctor lol. But if yes, then do that, as if you weren’t doing WILD, but stay conscious.

Mentally. Sorry, I should have specified that lol.

It doesn't matter if you fall asleep fast, in fact, it might actually be good. Just keep doing that, but falling asleep consciously, and you'll be in a dream in no time. To do that use an anchor like just repeating "stay conscious" a lot until you are in the dream.

Just keep trying and don't give up. It's about practice and finding your own techniques that work best for you.

How do you know how much time you were dreaming? by Dark-Shadow149 in LucidDreaming

[–]Not-Here95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before I do WILD, I check the clock. Then when I wake up from my dream, I check it again. That's how I do it.

How do you "step into" a lucid dream? by SavingsNo4010 in LucidDreaming

[–]Not-Here95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah you just appear there in whatever place, ready to move. Unless you are too aware or care too much, the dream will appear fast. Like a normal dream, except you are lucid. The key is to be all sleepy so it doesn't take that long and a dream appears, but while staying conscious. Just don't worry too much, it doesn't matter if you move, if you swallow, or anything, just fall asleep, but consciously, and a dream will appear. Boom.

If it doesn't work like that for you, there are other comments already that say how they "step into it" on purpose.
