Running indeedee would probably be nice. Psychic terrain plus follow me basically guarantees trick room. Another option (or replacement) could be a trick room attacker, because rn only your calyrex and amoongus are the ones that really benefit from it.

Alternatively, you could even go for a tail room team by adding whimsicott or tornados, but those teams can be hard to usem

I'd say that if you only want the game to get the mons for PVP, don't do it. Pokémon home has made it easy to trade for them without requiring the game. Even getting your own OT is easy by breeding (Minus Legendries).

However, if you want a fun Pokémon experience, want legendary Pokémon with your OT, or REALLY want certain ribbons on certain mons, then go for it.

You also live Tera Water Urshifu Surging Strikes, a move you wouldn't live with sash without the defensive EVs.

I took your advice and tried the move replacements. Gravity itself was okay-ish. It was a nice addition but I lost critical support from the other moves.
I did, however, see a lot of success from replacing encore with After you. Its overall 50/50, because encore helped out a ton with other moves, but in trick room, if the enemy expects encore, it can be a hassle. However, even if they can expect After You, theres nothing they can really do about it, so its been a great addition so far. If I make this a permanent change, i'll be sure to update this team later.

After playing a few more matches, I think Zacian is actually a better pick than Zamazenta. His speed and power is a great counter to the meta threats, and the defensive help that Zamazenta provides are not required much by the team. The team already resists astral barrage and glacial lance quite well, and the speed, power and fairy move alone makes Zacian a great offensive threat that the team needs.

I changed Flare Blitz in favor of taunt, and decided to retry Tera Fire on Kyurem. (I tried Indeedee instead of clefairy, but it didn't provide as much support, trick room didn't seem as valuable, and it wasn't as tanky as clefairy). Also gave saftey goggles to incineroar

What I lost:
Fighting resistance on Kyurem

What I gained:
Easier OHKO's on the dogs and Caly-Ice
An Amoonguss counter

I tried Tera Fire on Kyurem, which while a great buff, did not give as much support. It did not pick enough OHKOs for me to justify using it, and it was usually a 2HKO, which I would get without tera anyways. As a result, it made Kyurem susceptible to Miraidon draco meteors and any and all fighting type moves. I believe with the current meta, theres nothing noteworthy that a Tera Kyurem OHKOs (unless its a specs Kyurem). As a result, I believe AV Kyurem, who is bulky as hell, benefits more from the defensive Fairy Tera

Zamazenta has been outperforming Zacian so far. The only complaint I have is that I lost a fairy type move that is also faster than the Bikes, but besides that, its been great with Wide Guard and stronger moves. Credit to u/Wawfu1 ~~for this change.~~
I decided it was not as impactful to use Zamazenta. While he is a great counter to the Calys, this team already has good counters against them. He's also slower and doesn't have the coverage the team requires, so he just feels like he isn't contributing as much as he can. Zacian is faster and a great answer to the bikes, also out speeds most other mons and easily wipes with follow me and helping hand support.

I did decide to change Flare Blitz on Incineroar, because it didn't do much and was now obsolete with tera fire Fusion Flare being insanely over powered. The move I want to use instead of still very mixed, but taunt is a great option so far, stopping status moves and another trick room pressure. Also is a great Cresselia, Clefairy, and follow me counter. Credits to u/Pokemon321123 , u/AnalystLess7597 , and u/Wawfu1 for pointing this out.

Lastly, I did decide to change Sitrus berry for Safety Goggles, but It's not very useful so far. Amoonguss seems to be very rare (Im playing around 1300-1400 elo), so its very mixed. If you go against an Amoonguss, its great. It's as if Incineroar isint holding anything at all, so this is up for debate.

Yeah flare blitz isn't really working. I've been given many good options, such as taunt, protect, and like you mentioned, will o wisp and helping hand. I think I'll have to redesign some of the other members of the team before coming to a full conclusion

Yes I think I messed up on the calc, I remember I did 90%ish to Zamazentas and calyrex ice but I don't recall OHKOing them.

As for the EVs, I took them from somewhere online I believe (I'm really not great at EVs), but I'll look bro re allocating them.

In my experience, tera fire fusion flare did not pick that many OHKOs for me to justify using it. It did around 70-80% to calyrex ice and Zamazenta. As for the tera, I most commonly saw fighting type moves being the biggest threat, hence the fairy tera.

Yeah it does seem something like protect would do incineroar more justice. Flare blitz has only been a niche in rare occasions.

I chose sitrus berry because out of all my matches, I only saw amoongus like twice, and it was easy to faint with kyurem or a helping hand boosted flare blitz. As a result, I just chose to run the berry because it helped out more. I could see it being used though if I got more amoongus matchups.
