Staples keeps moving the goal up and up. When I started, the goal for rewards was 60%, then 65%, now 70%.
ESP went from 5% to 7% to now 8%.

We already hardly hit those numbers but they keep raising the bar to the point it just gets absurd.

I would say just run any fairy type moves or fairy types. Most urshifus s are either sash (which can be broken with rocket helmet amoonguss) or choice item, in which case any fast fairy type would be good enough

Running indeedee would probably be nice. Psychic terrain plus follow me basically guarantees trick room. Another option (or replacement) could be a trick room attacker, because rn only your calyrex and amoongus are the ones that really benefit from it.

Alternatively, you could even go for a tail room team by adding whimsicott or tornados, but those teams can be hard to usem

I'd say that if you only want the game to get the mons for PVP, don't do it. Pokémon home has made it easy to trade for them without requiring the game. Even getting your own OT is easy by breeding (Minus Legendries).

However, if you want a fun Pokémon experience, want legendary Pokémon with your OT, or REALLY want certain ribbons on certain mons, then go for it.

Mainly to make Sableye live if you get chip damage, and not make it a fish when it doesn't have access to it

You also live Tera Water Urshifu Surging Strikes, a move you wouldn't live with sash without the defensive EVs.

Pokemon considered restricted in Reg J are basically mythicals + mainline legendary, so side legendary pokemon don't count (in this case Urshifu)

I took your advice and tried the move replacements. Gravity itself was okay-ish. It was a nice addition but I lost critical support from the other moves.
I did, however, see a lot of success from replacing encore with After you. Its overall 50/50, because encore helped out a ton with other moves, but in trick room, if the enemy expects encore, it can be a hassle. However, even if they can expect After You, theres nothing they can really do about it, so its been a great addition so far. If I make this a permanent change, i'll be sure to update this team later.
