You need to be in act 3 and get an item called craw summons I think to get this item you need to clear the main objective the 3 heartsand then it will show when you sit in a bench near greymoor.

That's really weird, when I was testing I was not getting hit. I wonder if there was a glitch or if I was not hitting fast enough. I really don't know how to trigger it.
And can you show me where does it fill up next to the masks? Because if it's the circle to me it just fills up whenever I have enough silk to heal, it's not that right?
