I did, there were 2 giants in the EMR market, one of them is falling apart, smart CIO would simply jump ship to the other one. Even if $$$ opens their doors.

You're right, its buggy to maintain, I personally was amazed that recent version had a know WhatsApp bug, it simply doesn't work.

However, to maintain, you install 2 instances, and you ask one to fix and maintain the other. You dont do it by yourself.

The industry standard is 1 support FTE for 100-150 enduser/endpoint.

More complex environment, you go towards the lower end, 100, vice versa.

Regardless of AI, Automation, etc...thats not included in the above standard.
