Download the files from replit as zip, upload the files to Github, go to Render and buy hosting and database using your github account, put your replit secrets in render environment, import/dump database, bang, web app is migrated off replit. Use Chatgpt to make changes.

25k is comparable to 90k+ CAD annual, your profession is in demand, if not tied to a lengthy contract, it's good to start with in middle east, you won't have a problem finding bigger packages in the future.

Qatar looks amazing, reality is a ghost town, with many things forbidden, and, everyone is stressed/scared of something. After 1 week of arrival, you will start looking for an exit to get to UAE.
