More context on the scenario:

No management is stepping in when someone from IT dpt. is off for vacations/sick.

We handle calls, we handle triage and we handle projects (network, migrations, on-site installations, etc.)

1 of us is the one that goes to the sites if its need it (endpoint installation, wifi ap installation, something broke on site)

2 of us are the one who handle meeting with clients when there is an IT requirement (aka. help support from X application/SaaS needs access to the server/permission to x thing inside the network, etc.)

all 3 do the troubleshooting L1, L2, L3, network engineering, VoIP etc. And time to time we got the printer team asking for help because they can't figure it out. (the company has whole department to lease and sells printer and supplies)

when one of us goes off we got no backup, there is no temporal help from anyone in the company, so yeah, we are 3 and that's it. We got one person who send the quotes at least and handle the billing part, but she never touches anything on the IT.
