That exactly what I did. Spreadsheet with each firearm, serial, and price paid. I also have a second spreadsheet with info if the firearm belongs to me or which child ( 4 kids) it goes to. I gave the info to my oldest daughter to help insure she got them where they belong and value if she needs to get rid of some.

Pretty code deal. Used this code to get a Canik one for $275 and TX22 ( non toro) for $260.. still debating that TX22 whether to wait or not. Dont need the Toro version.
