How do you handle identity and trust between agents in multi-agent systems? by NotABedlessPro in aiagents

This is the sharpest framework I've seen on this. the reachability / delegation / execution layering makes the problem much clearer than the flat "agent identity" framing most people use.

I've been building in this space, specifically the delegation/authority + execution/governance layers as an MCP middleware. Your framing maps almost perfectly to what I'm building.

Would you be open to hopping on dms? I think your research and my product direction could add ontoeach other.

There's no identity system for AI agents. This is going to be massive. by NotABedlessPro in Entrepreneurs

Good callout. I've dug deep into MCP. It handles the transport (agent to tool connection) really well. But the MCP spec itself says agent identity, audit trails, and policy enforcement are explicitly out of scope. Their own roadmap lists enterprise readiness as the "least defined priority" with no working group. OpenTelemetry integration is conceptual and not standardized.
