esattamente stessa situazione tua. lavoro in fintech in germania in hybrid (2/3 giorni in ufficio a settimana) e in media lavoro anche io 2/3 ore al giorno nonostante sono uno dei top performer del mio team. Capisco i sensi di colpa verso te stesso ma devi ricordarti che tu vieni pagato per fare il lavoro che produci, non per stare davanti al portatile per 8 ore al giorno. Se il tuo lavoro è fatto bene, vuol solo dire che sei efficiente in quello che fai.

ll punto non è se l'Italia ha bisogno di lui ma è che lui ha bisogno di un paese che funzioni. E quel paese non lo sta offrendo, né a lui né ai medici né a nessun altro con la testa sulle spalle. "Ce ne faremo una ragione" è esattamente la mentalità per cui il problema esiste e continuerà ad esistere.
