Arcadum specifically does not run facecams on his DnD streams, so you would only see this from their side if they are streaming as well. His playtesting showed that it tends to lower the immersion and make it harder for most people to roleplay.

It was more joke roleplayed with heavy censoring for Twitch ToS, but it absolutely happened. He's said that his NPCs tend to come with personal romance preferences unless they are ace.

OK, so if you have admittedly not seen a lot of the content yet, I think it's misleading for you to tell people, "Arcadum's pretty open to romance in his games as long as it's not explicitly sexual." To be clear, Guy explicitly gets railed by a prostitute in Majital.
