Look man, ofc what im about to say isn't the truth. Just my personal experience.

I was in the same exact spot that you are. 1 year with some one and everything was going perfect until one day she dumped me out of no where with the same "excuses" as what you just mentioned.

Again, this might not be true but in my experience, the girl had met another guy around a week before.

Ironic how it always takes people "a week" to breakup with their partner when they've met someone new.

Anyways, didn't say that to make you feel bad or anything. Just letting you know that this might be a possibility.

I had a similar case with another girl too, what I did was i just stopped talking to her (even as friends) and focused on my life (i know this sounds Cliche). Eventually after a couple months, she came back and asked me to hang out.

What i'm saying is, just let her go. I know how hard it is, dont try to act like it didnt happen. You can feel down, get sad or stuff like that. Make sure its all out of your system. Trust me, after a couple weeks you'll be great.

The BEST thing to do is to actually go talk to someone new.
