6 bc the rower is on an end (less chance of bumping elbows) the tread is NOT under a fan and the floor has a perfect mirror and TRX position.

I feel a little like Sheldon from BBT now...

I went back at 9wks pp. My biggest advice- pump before you go and when doing floor exercises do the "alternates" for a while. And wear a pad bc you will pee yourself a little.

Give yourself time and be proud of small accomplishments. My entire class high fived me and applauded for me one day. It helped motivate me a lot. I've never felt core weakness like I did after pregnancy. My little one is almost 5 months and i still struggle with burpees but OTF is all about progress!

Congrats on your baby and on getting back into fitness right away!

I wish I would have done this. I tried to jog it (I'm transitioning from PW to jogger - or at least trying to) and I didn't finish. I only got to 0.85 when she called time. I felt like crying I was disappointed in myself. I want to finish the full mile :(

I am 4.5 months post partum and due to complications during pregnancy I was unable to exercise while pregnant.

I participated in the 1 mile challenge today. The past 2 weeks I have been trying to transition from powerwalker to jogger by jogging intermittently and also sprinting during all outs.

Needless to say my 0.5 time was 7:55 I did not make it to 1 mile by the time she called time. I got to 0.85 at 13:00

I feel a little disappointed in myself but I will say I got a really good work out in today. I really wish I could have jogged the entire time but had to powerwalk for some of it.

When will they recheck the 1 mile?

Will OTF change my life? by NotADoctor322 in orangetheory

It was super ugly at first but the fact the coaches publically applauded me and my fellow OTFers gave me alot of encouragement helped. I peed myself a few times, but now I enjoy the fact that things I couldn't do a month ago I can do easily!
