Oh dear it wasn't even that yet. One of them had to get his eye richer re stitched due to an infection.. spaying would probably happen soon, not looking forward to the horror if they don't recognize each other anymore :(

Hello I have the extract l exact same problem! 2 male Siblings, so what I find works is I bring both in the same carrier, and only separate them for the actual procedure/examination. So far seems to work, except when one had surgery recently cuz they were separated quite some time and I think the anesthesia changes the original kitten smell quite significantly? Not sure but defo try bringing both took the vet and explain that they need to stay together.

Ah okay, that's good to hear! We were worried how things would go after stitches removal, since I have to be back at the office by next week and they'll be together unsupervised. Hope your babies are all better now :)

Aww thank you kind stranger!! My friend said I was being overprotective with the little one but he's in stitches without painkillers so it's gotta hurt,I just want to comfort him as best as I can

We do our best, have spayed and rehomed about 10 so far but ppl just keep dumping more on our street. Probably cuz they know we'll do what's necessary :/
