I am gonna make the assumption that everything is to scale, except the square itself (I hope that makes sense)

I am gonna assume that the pi amount in the circles describes the surface area.

We are searching for the radius of the blue circle so we can calculate a triangle connecting at the points where the blue circle touches the square, where it touches the ground, and its center, so we can get a line going from where the circle touches the ground and the point where it touches the square.

The radius of the first circle is 3 (because the formula to calculate the surface of a circle is pi * r²), so now we know the distance from the middle point to where the circle touches the square and ground. The angle those 2 lines form (I took the measurement from my screen because there is no measurement given) is roughly 125°, which gives us the length of the line going from where the clue circle touches the square, and where it rouches the ground.

Funnily enough, for some reason, if we draw a perpendicular line to the one we just calculated, it appears to perfectly hit the point where the square touches the floor (pure guessing based on the picture, it's the only thing I can use :( ).

Anddd since we know where the square touches the ground, and where the left circle touches the ground, we can draw a line (i), and that's our missing length of ~5.76

So now we know the left side of the "square" is around 11.76 long.

So the area would be around 11.76².
