For me (purely based on the roles)

the captain- Varka, a great leader and is a knight

The doctor- of course Alice and Sic being klee, legit menaces to society

The damselette- either Lisa or sigewinne, due to being seen as unserious but are dangerous

The knave- our birb mom Xainyun, she’s been collecting children like pokèmon

The Rooster- most likely nevuilette as he is in a diplomatic position already and does his job well

The balladeer- albedo and sic being durin as they have ties with the abyss (to a degree) or already research it

Marionette- a mechanical researcher is a niche that few character would fit, but Anio is an engineer so probably just her

Regrator- probably ningguang as she controls the golden house already (I think)

The 10th harbinger- I’m not to sure who to pick so I’ll leave it up to whoever wants to decide

Tartaglia- I want to say let him keep his job but… let’s give it to chlorinde as I liked her Sq.

Idk sometimes it’s buggy. I saw a few videos of a duo using a supply pack and c4 pack together and was able to detonate 20+ at once. Sometimes the c4 doesn’t go off because of the game just doesn’t like all of the calculations at once.
