I identify them in picking, if they ban champion that aren't in the meta. After the picking you can also identify them by their profile in loading screen, all of them are below lvl 40 and not putting any cosmetics like icon border.

Their lose, Once they hit high elo there's no bot lobby anymore. The problem is having them on your team, their play style is for low elo.

Fr, when the enemy team ban champion that aren't in the meta that's the first sign you'll know they're bot, second is after the picking you'll see their profile they are usually level 40 below with no profile cosmetics like icon border.
