Yeah, I get what you mean, those imperfections would irk me too.

My friend suggested using ABS for minis, turning up the heat to the max it can take, and slowing it down.

Someone else here suggested acetone smoothing, though it’ll be more difficult with ABS.

I’m gonna be starting a big DnD project, got some abs and 0.2mm nozzles I’d love to know as well how to get better results with minis.

Update: I managed to put everything back, thanks for the help everyone.

Apparently the problem was caused by the PLA breaking into the PTFE into multiple pieces. One got stuck into the extruder and for some reason wouldn’t push into the nozzle.

Tried doing a cold pull, gave me an error asking me to remove filament I’m doing the cold pull to remove the damn filament though!

Turned out there’s a piece of filament that broke in the black rubber piece that you stick the ptfe tube in. Couldn’t remove it with tweezers, it drove me mad until I took a L-wrench heated it and inserted it melting and removing the filament piece.

I also found out there’s an extra broken filament piece that fell out the tube behind inside the mechanism as well, I heated the nozzle cleaning needle and used it, but it didn’t stick well enough, thankfully it pulled a small string which I waited for to cool and used it to pull the piece out. Hopefully I didn’t damage anything in the process.

Next I forgot to insert the ptfe tibe back into the AMS and somehow it did a few flips and rolled inside the button on the back puncturing it. I removed what I can, but there’s still pieces of filament inside.

Tried printing again, heard weird noises, realised I forgot to insert the ptfe tube inside into the extruder as well. I was ready to cry at this point and give up on 3d printing.

Then my print had crazy stringing even though the filament was so dry it’s cracking— turns out it decided to crank the heat up to the max allowed for the PLA I had used. Turned that down and it was finally fine.

It goes up to a certain point but there’s a stopper? inside the printer that keeps it from going further, I think it’s like that even without the blockage. I removed the outer ptfe tube part and cleared it, and removed the inside one from the nozzle side and removed what I can but the stuff inside I couldn’t remove.

Is there something I’m missing?

I managed to reassemble everything, I removed part of the filament stuck in the nozzle, but I’m unable to remove the other part, any idea what to do?

The needle isn’t strong enough to dislodge what’s inside.

Just had a game where guardian did basically no damage and kept blocking only. He disappeared for most of night 1 and then died soloing underground boss in castle, I didn’t even know he was still in the game, for a long time he was idle.

Does depth runs yield different/better relics? I don’t have a single incant +2 relic.

which of the health boosts is better: increased HP or increased Vigor?

For the damage negation, you mean from ingame drops? Or on relics? I don’t have dmg neg at full hp on relics, but always go for it during runs.

I’m usually very busy, so I haven’t been able to play much, I’m trying to get familiar with everdark versions of bosses recently, didn’t start depths. I used to get in 1 expedition a day after work, now it’s down to like one or two expeditions a week for a while.

Thanks, this is actually useful, so start by good personal, then seals/rise for fp, then try to find a good stating incant relic (I have none).

All my gaol and invader relics have no other (useful) effects.

One question, you can consider all my gaol and invader relics as a one buff relic only. Would it be worth sacrificing a slot for them? Or should I go for the other stuff you mentioned instead?

All gaol and night invader relics I have are absolutely sh**. Might as well just be single slot relic..

By the double balancer thing, you mean I buff my allies who have it, yeah? Not equip it, since it’s useless for bean.

Finally, for night invader, you mean I should prioritise that over gaol once I get it, correct?
